Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, there are roughly two types of fish roasting devices on the market. One is a small roasting device. This type of roasting device has a simple structure and is easy to use, but the baking effect is not ideal and the degree of automation is low.
The other is a large-scale baking device with a high degree of mechanization and is used in large-scale processing plants, but its input cost is high and its flexibility is poor.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fish baking device capable of separating big fish from small fish. The fish baking device comprises three conveying devices which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The right end of the conveying device located below stretches out, wherein the conveying device comprises a first conveyer belt which is provided with long fish falling through grooves allowing the fish to fall into. A stop plate is arranged at the lower portion of the left end of the first conveyer belt and provided with a bearing plate. A baffle is arranged on the bearing plate. One end of the baffle is provided with a narrowing part. A fish falling through groove is formed in the portion, corresponding to the narrowing part, of the bearing plate. A first baking machine is arranged under the fish falling through groove. A conical push block is movably arranged on the bearing plate and can squeeze the fish on the bearing plate into the fish falling through groove to fall into the first baking machine through the fish falling through groove when moving towards the narrowing part. The fish baking device is high in mechanization degree, simple in structure, convenient to move, specially suitable for the places such as piers where the fish baking device needs to be frequently moved, and capable of automatically sorting the fish according to the sizes of the fish.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fish baking device. After the fish is baked, the device can automatically arrange them neatly and put them into a packaging machine. Background technique [0002] At present, there are roughly two types of fish roasting devices on the market. One is a small roasting device. This type of roasting device has a simple structure and is easy to use, but the roasting effect is not ideal and the degree of automation is low. The other is a large-scale baking device with a high degree of mechanization and is used in large-scale processing plants, but its input cost is high and its flexibility is poor. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a fish roasting device, which has a high degree of mechanization, a simple structure, and is easy to move. It is especially suitable for docks and other places that need to be moved frequently, and the present invention can automatically classify fish ...
