The processing method comprises the steps of: (a) quantizing closeness levels of the tunnel and existing historical buildings; (b) evaluating current safety levels of the existing historical buildings; (c) analyzing a safety risk level of constructing the tunnel close to the historical buildings, and according to the safety risk level, determining a specific response solution of neighbor historical building protection and control; and (d) tracking and observing influence of tunnel construction on foundation settlement of the historical buildings in real time, and carrying out real-time feedback and active control on safety states of the historical buildings. By the method disclosed by the invention, when tunneling construction safety is ensured, engineering cost is saved, and a positive guidance decision is provided for an engineer for safety management on historical buildings around tunnel construction; and the method is particularly suitable for integral protection and control on historical building groups close to tunnel construction.
