The silicone oil-free transparent shampoo comprises, by weight, 10-40 parts of the cereal amino acid salts, 1-10 parts of a cosurfactant, 0.1-1.5 parts of a conditioner, 0.1-1.0 part of a pH regulator, and the balance of deionized water. The invention also discloses a production method of the silicone oil-free transparent shampoo adopting cereal amino acid salts as a surfactant. The surfactant in the invention is an amino acid surfactant, and completely substitutes a chemically-synthesized sulfate surfactant, and has the advantages of mild components, low irritation, and improvement of the safety of the above product; and the shampoo has the characteristics of rich foams, environmental protection, transparency and no silicone oil.
