Abstract

The invention discloses a complete-set reagent and method for identifying syngnathus. The complete-set reagent disclosed by the invention for identifying syngnathus is prepared from primer pairs of HLN-P, HLD-P and HLJ-P, wherein the HLN-P is formed by single stranded DNA shown in a sequence 1 and a sequence 2 in a sequence table, the HLD-P is formed by single stranded DNA shown in a sequence 3 and a sequence 4 in the sequence table, the HLJ-P is formed by single stranded DNA shown in a sequence 5 and a sequence 6 in the sequence table, and SH-P is formed by single stranded DNA shown in a sequence 7 and a sequence 8 in the sequence table. Experiments show that the complete-set reagent and method disclosed by the invention for identifying or assistantly identifying can successfully identify salable syngnathus from fake syngnathus and also can distinguish syngnathoides, solegnathus and syngnathus acus from salable syngnathus. The complete-set reagent disclosed by the invention for identifying or assistantly identifying syngnathus has high specificity and good stability for identifying syngnathus; in addition, the accuracy rate is 100%.
