The photographing method comprises the steps as follows: determining whether brightness difference between a to-be-photographed object and the background in a framing range reaches a preset value; when the brightness difference between the to-be-photographed object and the background in the framing range reaches the preset value, taking an image of the to-be-photographed object having the best exposure brightness and an image of the background having the best exposure brightness respectively; synthesizing the photographed image of the to-be-photographed object having the best exposure brightness and the image of the best background exposure brightness of the to-be-photographed object to obtain an image with both the to-be-photographed object and the background having the best exposure brightness.
