Abstract

When the rotation direction of the connection mechanisms is the same as the water flowing direction, the blocking portion blocks the loose blades from continuing to rotate. When the connection mechanisms are rotated in the direction opposite to the water flowing direction, the loose blades are disengaged from the blocking portion.
