Abstract
The invention discloses a collaborative node selection method based on P2P VoD and aims at a problem that the current node selection algorithm based on P2P VoD cannot both consider effective utilization of resources and improvement of QoS. The method adopts two stages to select nodes through different algorithms. During a first stage, a water injection method is introduced to carry out optimization in order to realize preliminary screening of nodes; and during a second stage, a fuzzy mathematic theory is adopted to evaluate QoS performance of the nodes obtained through screening in the first stage based on various indexes and then node selection is carried out. The method adopts the two-stage node selection strategy, various factors are effectively considered, and especially the bandwidth resources are more effectively utilized through the preliminary screening of the nodes during the first stage. Through introduction of a fuzzy evaluation mechanism, various factors capable of affecting the QoS are comprehensively considered, so that the requirements of a user for QoS of a P2P VoD system can be better satisfied.
