Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a soluble paper-shaped alginate compound bleeding-stopping membrane. The bleeding-stopping membrane contains the following materials in percentage by mass: 40%-79.9% of alginate, 20%-60% of polyvinyl alcohol and 0-0.1% of a calcium salt crosslinking agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving alginate and polyvinyl alcohol into water in proportion, so as to form a uniform and transparent solution with a concentration of 7%-15%, adding the calcium salt crosslinking agent, carrying out crosslinking, so as to obtain a spinning solution; and (2) putting the spinning solution into a constant-temperature liquid storage device, carrying out processing and once formation by virtue of electrostatic spinning equipment, so as to obtain the soluble paper-shaped alginate compound bleeding-stopping membrane. The soluble paper-shaped alginate compound bleeding-stopping membrane has a porous net-shaped structure and a relatively high surface area and can mutually act with blood of a wound to form gel, so that the hemostasis process is accelerated; and meanwhile, calcium ions in the bleeding-stopping membrane material are released to the surface of the wound so as to start blood coagulation factors, so that the two bleeding-stopping effects of gel hemostasis and calcium ion blood coagulation are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a soluble paper-like alginate composite hemostatic membrane, which belongs to the technical field of medical and sanitary materials. Background technique [0002] Injuries are unavoidable in daily life, and bleeding is the main complication after trauma, so local hemostatic materials are very important. Existing hemostatic gauze, hemostatic fibers and hemostatic bandages and other hemostatic materials have certain limitations in use, such as easy adhesion to the wound, difficult dressing change, easy infection and suppuration of the wound, causing pain to the patient. In order to reduce unnecessary deaths caused by blood loss, the medical field has put forward higher requirements on the performance of hemostatic materials, and it is imperative to develop hemostatic materials with better hemostatic effect, convenient use and less pain for patients. Based on the performance requirements of hemostatic mate...
