The slippery masterbatch is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 84.4%-94.5% of carrier resin, 5% -15% of behenamide, 0-0.5% of a dispersant and 0.1%-0.5% of an antioxidant. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the anti-reddish slippery masterbatch. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing preparation, mixing and melt extrusion, and performing pelletizing, drying and cooling on melt to obtain a masterbatch finished product, wherein the extrusion temperature is controlled to be higher than a melting point of the carrier resin by 40-60 DEG C. The invention further discloses an application of the anti-reddish slippery masterbatch in a film. The film adopting the slippery masterbatch has a remarkable anti-reddish effect while not affecting friction coefficients and haze.
