The method comprises the steps: judging whether the cell temperature sampling value of a standby battery is greater than a preset threshold value or not when the standby battery is in a charging state; controlling a cooling fan of the standby battery to increase the rotating speed when the cell temperature sampling value of the standby battery is greater than the preset threshold value, so as to reduce the environment temperature of the standby battery, thereby enabling the standby battery to dissipate heat in a better way, and reducing the cell temperature. Meanwhile, through judging whether the time when the cell temperature sampling value is greater than the preset threshold value is greater than a preset time duration or not, the method obtains a control effect of reducing the cell temperature through reducing the environment temperature.
