Embodiment Construction

[0025] Specific embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, the process technology of the present invention is made up of 5 aspects: 1, the original abandoned mining area ground pressure relief drilling technology, 2, the original mining area ground pressure relief drilling wellbore repair process, 3, the non-mining area discharge 4. Implement the main and auxiliary well drilling technology in the goaf, mining area and unmined area; 5. Comprehensive utilization of gas.

[0027] The ground pressure-relief drilling in the original abandoned mining area refers to: the ground pressure-relieving drilling in the original abandoned mining area is subjected to wellbore repair, sand removal at the bottom of the well and debris cleaning and transformation process; firstly, according to the downhole detection video, etc. Select the abandoned wellhead with good data conditions (the well deviation is less than 30 d...

Abstract

Provided is a new gas control technology for a ground pressure-relief borehole in an abandoned coal mine. The technology achieves the purpose of comprehensive treatment and utilization of abandoned coal mine gas by adopting the process of ground pressure-relief borehole shaft repairing, unblocking, well washing, technical reforming and fracturing, and newly drilling main and auxiliary wells on the abandoned coal mine ground. Specifically, the technology comprises the following steps: 1. repairing the ground pressure-relief borehole shaft within an original abandoned mining area to restore gas production; 2. fracturing the ground pressure-relief borehole shaft within the original mining area and non-mining area to increase gas supply; 3. selecting 3-5 boreholes as auxiliary wells (1, 2, 3, 4) among the ground pressure-relief borehole shafts within a goaf area, the mining area and the unmined area, digging a main well (5) at a suitable position, and the main and auxiliary wells (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) are communicated with each other; pumping the gas in the auxiliary well (1, 2, 3, 4) via the main well (5), and then collecting the gas into a conveying main pipe through a ground gas conveying pipeline. The method effectively achieves the purpose of comprehensive treatment of gas in an abandoned mine, and eliminates disasters caused by gas accumulation and escape from the abandoned mine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of gas recovery and utilization in abandoned coal mines, and in particular relates to a comprehensive treatment and utilization technology of gas in abandoned mines. Background technique [0002] Abandoned coal mine gas refers to methane resources that remain in the remaining coal seams, surrounding rocks, and underground confined spaces in the mines that are closed due to the depletion of coal resources or other non-compliance with safety production requirements and policy reasons. The development and utilization of abandoned mine gas means that before the coal mine is about to be closed, certain sealing measures are taken, or the ground is re-drilled to drain the remaining gas, and the gas is collected and utilized by the drainage equipment on the ground of the original gas drainage system. Domestically, there are only some theoretical researches on abandoned mine treatment technology, and there is no succ...
