The wine serving system comprises a wine jar for storing wine to facilitate sales, and a wine barrel for holding the wine from a factory and feeding the wine into the wine jar; an electromagnetic valve and a wine serving joint in butt joint of the wine barrel are arranged in an inlet of the wine jar; a liquid level sensor is arranged in thewine jar; a wine serving joint in butt joint with the wine jar is arranged in an outlet of the wine jar; a flow meter is arranged in an outlet of the wine barrel; and unique two-dimensional codes arearranged on the wine jar and the wine barrel. The wine serving system further comprises a scanner for scanning the codes, and a controller connected with the code scanner, the liquid level sensor, the flow meter and the electromagnetic valve; and the controller is remotely connected with a server. The wine serving system has the following principles: information of the wine jar and information ofthe wine barrel are compared; the remote authorization is performed; the liquid level of the wine jar is compared with the flow of the wine barrel; and the authorization is performed to prevent the behaviors of watering and adulterated wine replacement of merchants.
