The wine serving system further comprises a scanner for scanning the codes, and a controller connected with the code scanner, the liquid level sensor, the flow meter and the electromagnetic valve; and the controller is remotely connected with a server. The wine serving system has the following principles: information of the wine jar and information ofthe wine barrel are compared; the remote authorization is performed; the liquid level of the wine jar is compared with the flow of the wine barrel; and the authorization is performed to prevent the behaviors of watering and adulterated wine replacement of merchants.
