Embodiment Construction

[0030] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0031] The invention provides a new method for matching and quality identification of cotton hybrids marked with dominant green linters, comprising the following steps:

[0032] 1) Select non-transgenic BT-gene green short-staple cotton as the female parent, and transgenic BT-gene gray short-staple cotton as the male parent, and carry out hybridization to obtain a batch of BT-transgenic green short-staple cotton hybrids F 1 combination;

[0033] 2) For hybrid F 1 For purity identification:

[0034] The first is for the hybrid F 1 The seeds were preliminarily identified visually in the form of l...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel matching and quality identification method for dominant green short fiber marked cotton hybrid. The novel matching and quality identification method for the dominant green short fiber marked cotton hybrid comprises the following steps: 1) non BT genetically modified green short staple cotton is selected as the female parent; the BT genetically modified grey short staple cotton is selected as the male parent; the hybrid matching is conducted and a BT genetically modified green short staple cotton hybrid F1 is obtained; 2) the purity identification is carried out on the hybrid F1: firstly, morphology of the short staple of the F1 is preliminarily identified by visual observation, and preliminarily qualified products are obtained; next, genetically modified selection marking and resistance identification are carried out on the sample seeds of the preliminary qualified products during the cotton seedling stage, so that the insect-resistant purity of the hybrid F1 is determined. According to the invention, hybrid adulteration, particularly, the phenomenon that the hybrid F1 is mixed with the female parent, the male parent or different varieties is prevented; the purity of the hybrid is ensured; meanwhile, the cycle of identifying the cotton seed purity is shortened; the identification time is shortened; the identification accuracy is improved; the cost of identification is lowered; the risk of seed production and operation is lowered; meanwhile, the phenomena that the hybrid F1 generation is utilized to reproduce the F2 generation, and profit is made through selling are prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cotton planting, in particular to a new method for matching and quality identification of cotton hybrids marked with dominant green linters. Background technique [0002] There are many production procedures for cotton hybrids, which are prone to mechanical or artificial mixing, and hybrids may be mixed with parents or other varieties. [0003] High-yielding fine varieties are the basis for increasing cotton production. Every time a large-scale increase in production and income depends on the upgrading and large-scale promotion of fine varieties, cultivating fine varieties has always been the direction that agronomists from all over the world are diligently pursuing and dedicated to research. Hybrid cotton has been widely promoted in my country is a good example. However, the purity and yield-increasing potential of strong-dominant hybrids are a pair of common contradictions. The purity of fine hybrids decreases, w...
