The method comprises the following steps that the number and the operation parameters of thermal power generator sets, wind turbine generator sets, nuclear power generator sets and pumped energy storage generator sets of an electric power system are acquired, and the load model and the wind power prediction data ofthe electric power system are acquired; an optimized set combined scheduling operation method model is established according to the number and the operation parameters of the thermal power generatorsets, the number and the operation parameters of the wind turbine generator sets, the number and the operation parameters of the nuclear power generator sets and the number and the operation parameters of the pumped energy storage generator sets in the electric power system and the load data and the wind power prediction data of the electric power system; and the set combined operation result of the maximized power grid revenue and the maximized wind power consumption is calculated according to the optimized set combined scheduling operation method model.
