The method comprises the following steps of 1) collecting and inputting data, wherein the data comprises electricity price prediction data, fan output prediction data, contract parameters, penalty parameters, gas turbine parameters, pumped storage power station parameters and the like; 2) constructinga virtual power plant economic dispatching optimization model, and preliminarily solving the model by adopting the optimization software; 3) inputting network constraint conditions, including power distribution network grid parameters, power flow constraint parameters and the like, and constructing a virtual power plant safety dispatching model; 4) carrying out the solving operation by adopting the cuckoo algorithm; 5) outputting a result. Compared with the prior art, the method realizes the effective management of a large-scale distributed power supply, an energy storage device, a controllable load and the like based on the virtual power plant technology.
