Abstract

The invention designs an electric automobile charging pile with a charging heating system and a control method thereof. The electric automobile charging pile comprises a PTC heating system, a temperature monitoring system, a charging system and a controller, and aims at controlling a charging pile electric network to directly supply electricity to a vehicle-mounted PTC heater; an electric automobile power battery is heated; the self electric quantity of the power battery does not need to be consumed; no influence can be caused on the service life and the driving range. The PTC heating system is used for heating a power battery; the temperature monitoring system is used for monitoring the temperature of the power battery and the peripheral environment temperature of the electric automobile;the charging system is used for charging the power battery. When the average temperature of the power battery is lower than the preset lowest temperature, the PTC heating system performs heating on the power battery until the preset lowest temperature is reached; then, the charging system performs normal power battery charging. The electric network voltage of the charging pile is stable; the low-temperature heating temperature can be shortened; the normal charging and fast charging requirements of the power battery in the low-temperature environment are ensured.
