Abstract

The invention relates to the field of halogen-free environment-friendly polyamide resin, in particular to permanent halogen-free flame retardant PA10T polyamide resin and a synthesizing method thereof. The polyamide resin is a polymer formed in such a way that 1,1,3,5-tetra-anilino cyclotriphosphazene as a monomer is embedded into a PA10T polyamide macromolecular chain. A preparation method of thepolyamide resin comprises the following steps: directly adding hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic acid and the 1,1,3,5-tetra-anilino cyclotriphosphazene as reaction monomers into a high pressure reaction kettle, and embedding the 1,1,3,5-tetra-anilino cyclotriphosphazene as the monomer into the PA10T polyamide macromolecular chain by adopting a three-step method of salt formation, prepolymerization and solid phase polymerization. The modified PA10T polyamide resin does not contain halogen, so that the modified PA10T polyamide resin is more environmentally friendly and is excellent in flame retardance and higher in processability.
