Abstract

The invention relates to cold yarn with an adjustable light transmittance amount and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of production of agricultural textiles. The cold yarn comprises a photochromic fiber base layer and a composite coating which coats the surface of the photochromic fiber base layer. The composite coating comprises an anti-ageing coating and a waterproof coating. When the cold yarn is irradiated under sunlight, the color depth of the textiles can be automatically changed according to the ultraviolet intensity of the sunlight, so that the light transmittance rate is adjusted and the sun-shading and sun-screen effects are enhanced; the cold yarn has a beautiful appearance and are durable; the cold yarns is widely applied, and the disadvantages of traditional black cold yarns that the function is single and the utilization rate of natural light is not high are avoided. When the cold yarn is used in agriculture and forestry production, the light transmittance rate regulation and control capability can be improved in a planting process of plants including vegetables, flowers and the like; the utilization frequency of artificial illumination is reduced and energy consumption is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural textile production, and in particular to a cold yarn for adjusting light transmission and its application. Background technique [0002] Cold yarn is a fine-mesh woven fabric with polyolefin resin fiber as the main raw material. It is a new type of agricultural covering material that is light, firm and aging-resistant. It usually has black, white, silver gray and other colors, and the selected color varies with different seasons or uses. [0003] With the continuous development of social economy, high production capacity and high efficiency have become the trend. How to use limited land resources to create extraordinary harvests has always been an important issue, and food security is also an eternal topic. The effect of sunlight on plants is self-evident. Proper use of sunlight has a profound impact on the growth of plants and the increase in food production. Especially in hot summer, the ...
