The compressor oil is prepared by mixing the following main components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of high-viscosity polyalphaolefinbase oil, 8-15 parts of synthetic ester base oil and 0.8-1.5 parts of a compound additive, wherein the high-viscosity polyalphaolefin base oil is class-IV base oil which meets API standards, and theviscosity thereof at 100 DEG C is 5-10mm<2>/S or above. The compressor oil consists of the base oil and the additive, and the base oil is formed by compounding at least two different types of base oils and can achieve a good synergetic effect with the compound additive, so that the anti-emulsification, the antioxidation and the thermal stability of the compressor oil are improved.
