Abstract

The combined-system pipe network overflow and water body pollution integrated cut-down system comprises a CSO regulating storage tank, a biological rapid filter tank, a mud storage tank and a control unit, wherein combined-system overflow water is temporarily stored when the CSO regulating storage tank generates combined-system overflow, and river-way black foul water is temporarily stored when water level is reduced after overflow is ended; when the CSO regulating storage tankrises to be higher than h1 on overflow water level, the control unit controls a river-way water pump at a river-way water inlet to switch off, and controls a first water pump to switch on for pumpingto-be-treated sludge in the CSO regulating storage tank into the biological rapid filter tank, and suspended filler is quickly filtered to hold back suspended solids in sewage; the control unit controls the river-way water pump and the second water pump to start when water level of the CSO regulating storage tank drops to be lower than h2 after overflow is ended, so that river-way sewage enters the CSO regulating storage tank, and the second water pump is used for pumping the to-be-treated sewage in the CSO regulating storage tank into the biological rapid filter tank to generate biochemical reaction under aeration action of a biological membrane and an aeration device, and therefore, dissolution-state pollutants are mainly removed.
