Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, when using the Cell Search system to detect and identify circulating tumor cells, there are many operational steps in the sample preparation stage, which will lead to the loss and damage of circulating tumor cells, which will seriously affect the sensitivity, accuracy and detection efficiency of detection.
In addition, because the above method requires the fluorescent agent used for labeling to be coupled with the antigen or antibody to form a stable conjugate, it will lead to changes in the activity of the labeled circulating tumor cells, and a large number of free fluorescent molecules are likely to remain on the surface of the sample. Affect the sensitivity of detection

Embodiment Construction

[0050] As mentioned in the background technology, since the Cell Search system requires the fluorescent agent used for labeling to form a stable conjugate after coupling with the antigen or antibody, the activity of the labeled circulating tumor cells will change, and a large amount of Free fluorescent molecules affect the detection sensitivity.

[0051] Although a variety of fluorescent label-free optical biosensing technologies have been researched and developed in the prior art, most of these sensing technologies are complex in structure, difficult to make biological smears, and low in detection efficiency, so they are difficult to promote and apply.

[0052]Based on this, the present invention provides a detection and identification system for circulating tumor cells to overcome the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, including a light source module, an ellipsoid mirror, a photoelectric conversion module and an image recognition module;

Abstract

The invention provides a circulating tumor cell detection recognition method and system. A light source module is used for emitting laser and used for focusing the laser on a sample to be tested; thesample to be tested is a blood smear which is subjected to filtration and non-fluorescent dyeing; an ellipsoid reflector is used for reflecting laser scattered by the sample to be tested to a light receiving surface of a photovoltaic conversion module; the photovoltaic conversion module is used for converting an acquired light signal into an electric signal, and used for transmitting the electricsignal to an image recognition module; the image recognition module is used for generating images of the sample to be tested according to the electric signal, and used for recognizing circulating tumor cells in the images. Since the sample to be tested is only a blood smear which is subjected to filtration and non-fluorescent dyeing without biological specific enrichment, not only is the detectioncost lowered, but also the detection sensitivity, accuracy and detection efficiency can be improved; in addition, as blood is dyed with a non-fluorescent dye when being smeared, the detection sensitivity can be further improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of circulating tumor cell identification, more specifically, to a method and system for detecting and identifying circulating tumor cells. Background technique [0002] Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are a general term for various tumor cells present in peripheral blood, which originate from solid tumor lesions. Most CTCs undergo apoptosis or are phagocytized after entering the peripheral blood, and a few can escape and develop into metastases, increasing the risk of death in patients with malignant tumors. CTC was included as a tumor marker by the American Society of Clinical Oncology in 2007; a number of clinical studies have shown that the number of CTCs in patients is closely related to tumor metastasis, individualized treatment, efficacy monitoring and prognosis. [0003] An existing system for detecting and identifying circulating tumor cells is the Cell Search system, which is a semi-automati...
