The fixed-point quantitative grouting device sequentially comprises a drilling rod, a cylinder body and a one-way valve from top to bottom; the upper end of the drilling rod is used for being connected with a pressure pump, and the lower end of the drilling rod is connected with the cylinder body through a reducer joint; the cylinder body is of a cylindrical structure, the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body are open, the one-way valve is detachably connected with the lower end of the cylinder body, a piston is arranged in the cylinder body, and the piston is limited by the reducer joint and the one-way valve when moving up and down along the inner wall of the cylinder body; a cavity is formed in the one-way valve, the upper end of the cavity is open to communicate with the interior of the cylinder body, the bottom of the cavity is sealed, and slurry outlets are formed in the cavity wall of the cavity; and a ball valve is connected with the bottom of the cavity through an elastic piece, and the ball valve is located at the slurry outlets under supporting of the elastic piece so as to partition the slurry outlets and the cavity.
