Each battery positive electrode is connectedwith a positive terminal of a bidirectional power amplifier through a current-limiting resistor, each battery negative electrode is connected with a negative terminal of the bidirectional power amplifier, a voltage detector is used for detecting parallel voltage of n batteries and sending a voltage value to a controller, a driving signal output end of the controller is connected with a driving signal input end of a signal generator, and alternating signals generated by the signal generator enable charge or discharge of each battery through the bidirectional power amplifier. By adoption of thebidirectional power amplifier for outputting attenuated sine waves, continuous positive-reverse charge polarization and discharge polarization of batteries are realized, and accordingly battery polarization is eliminated.
