The invention discloses a charging method and a charging management system of a lead-acid battery pack for a wind turbine generator system, wherein the charging method is as follows: detecting whether the voltage of a single battery is less than 60% or not, if yes, prompting fault, otherwise detecting whether the voltage is less than 90% or not again, if yes, charging, otherwise jumping to a next single battery to continue detecting; detecting whether the voltage of the single battery is less than 100% or not, if yes, charging until reaching to 100%, then switching to constant-voltage charging, otherwise directly switching to a constant-voltage charging mode; judging whether the single battery charging process of the battery is finished or not, if yes, switching to judge the next single battery, otherwise, continuing constant-voltage charging; after the boost charge stage of each single battery in a battery pack finished, starting voltage detection and corresponding supplementary procedures every half an hour. The charging method and charging management system of a lead-acid battery pack for a wind turbine generator system provided by the invention can be used for shortening the charging time of the battery pack, avoiding the polarization phenomenon of the battery, repairing a part of slightly damaged lead-acid batteries, and prolonging the service life of the lead-acid battery pack.
