Abstract

The invention provides a method, device and system for measuring the degree of contamination of the insulator surface. Through an infrared thermography method and the temperature difference, caused bythermophysical property difference produced by inhomogeneity of dirt accumulation on the insulator surface, in the corresponding surface region, the degree and distribution of contamination of the insulator surface are determined and the dirt on the insulator surface is monitored on line so that the real-time monitoring of the insulator insulation condition is realized and necessary measures canbe carried out before the occurrence of the hazard. At present, a series of pollution flashover studies comprise uniformly coating the insulator surface with artificial dirt in the laboratory and thetest result is greatly different from the actual insulator data. The contamination distribution case of the insulator surface is acquired through an infrared thermal image measurement method and guides the artificial contamination test in the laboratory so that a relationship between artificial contamination and natural contamination is built and the pollution flashover rule data, suitable for actual motion, of the insulator surface is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of electric power technology, in particular to a method, device and system for measuring the degree of pollution on the surface of an insulator. Background technique [0002] The pollution accumulated on the surface of insulators may cause flashover under damp conditions, and then cause pollution flashover accidents. Due to the low success rate of accident reclosing caused by pollution flashover, it is easy to cause the system to lose stability, and then cause large-scale power outages, which have a significant impact on the safety of people's lives and properties. In order to prevent pollution flashover accidents, it is necessary to make an accurate judgment on the insulation state of the transmission line, and then take necessary measures before the hazard occurs. [0003] At present, the commonly used evaluation parameters of insulator surface pollution degree include equivalent salt density, leakage cur...
