Abstract

The present invention provides a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) -based position monitoring method and a terminal. The method comprises the steps that: a first terminal obtain a second information packet and a second signal intensity in an assigned time interval, wherein the second information packet comprises state codes and the signal intensity indication value of each terminal in a group; a first information packet is generated according to the second information packet and the second information intensity, wherein the first information packet comprises the state codes and the signal intensity indication value of each terminal in the group; and the first information packet is broadcasted. Based on the current BLE technology, a method capable of multi-terminal loss prevention and position monitoring is provided to allow terminal devices to achieve relay and enlarge the usage distance and the application range of the BLE terminal.
