Abstract

The invention discloses an electric-vehicle recharging station planning method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) using recharging station annual-running-income maximization as an objectivefunction to establish an electric-vehicle recharging station planning model; 2) analyzing electric-vehicle recharging power demand in a planning area; 3) introducing weights of a weighted Voronoi diagram to analyze recharging station service regions; 4) utilizing a particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving of optimal values of recharging station planning, and simulating optimization selection of various charging station planning schemes through using continuous optimization processes of particles characterizing recharging station positions and capacity. According to the method, the weighted Voronoi diagram is used to solve the established optimization model, the defects of conventional optimization algorithms on service region division and load rate control are overcome, service region division of each recharging station in a planning scheme is enabled to be more reasonable, load rates are also more balanced, and maximum income of recharging station site selection and capacitydetermination taking into account double silver influences of a power network and a transportation network is realized.
