The ventilated saccule mask comprises a mask shell, an airbag cushion, an airbag inflation connector, a positivepressure ventilation opening and a gastroscopy catheter opening; the airbag cushion is arranged at the inner side of the mask shell; the airbag inflation connector is arranged at the outer side of themask shell; the positive pressure ventilation opening and the gastroscopy catheter opening are formed above the airbag inflation connector in sequence; the positive pressure ventilation opening is formed between the airbag inflation connector and the gastroscopy catheter opening; the outer side of the positive pressure ventilation opening is provided with a fixing mechanism; and the gastroscopy catheter opening is internally provided with a sealing ring. The ventilated saccule mask for assisting the painless gastroscopy has the advantages that not only can a nasal catheter be used for oxygeninhalation during examination and treatment, but also a breathing saccule can provide positive pressure ventilation, so that oxygenation of a patient during the examination and treatment is maintained, the mask can be used for cooperation with oxygen inhalation of the patient during painless gastroscopy examination, and hypoxemia is not likely to occur.
