Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of bridge jacking equipment, comprising an insert-type construction frame for support use, an adjustable hoop prestressed support platform, a shaped capping-beam-elevating formwork support system and transverse limiting devices. The insert-type construction frame for support use is fixed to an expanded cap and is connected via embedded anchor bolts; theinsert-type construction frame for support use is quickly connected via connection sleeves, vertical rods, transverse rods and oblique rods. The adjustable hoop prestressed support platform can be composed of two dual-concave grooves and can reduce construction quantity using a cap as a reaction platform. The shaped capping-beam-elevating formwork support system includes a side formwork, an end formwork and extension slotted forms, and is quickly connected via grooves and tongues as well as connection rods. The transverse limiting devices are arranged at the two ends of a deck and is each composed of a limiting truss, support blocks, a rail for sliding of the support blocks, a fixing plate, and a transverse limiting jack.
