According to the battery regeneration solution containing stannous organic acid and the regeneration method provided by the present application, the battery capacity of the lead-acid battery with early capacity degradation can be restored to 93.2% of the nominal capacity, and the battery capacity of the lead-acid battery with early capacity degradation can be restored to 93.2%-96% of the nominal capacity, reaching the use requirement that the battery capacity is 80% of the nominal capacity.
