The gold phase sample fabrication device of the diamond wire comprises a die, a rack and a tension mechanism, wherein the die is used for fabricating a gold phase sample when the diamond wire is wrapped by resin glue and the resin glue is solidified, the rack is used for supporting the die and allowing thedie and an observation plane of the gold phase sample to a horizontal state, the tension mechanism is arranged on the rack and is used for tightening the diamond wire so that the diamond wire is arranged in a vertical state when the rack is vertically arranged, a first line-passing hole is formed in a bottom surface of the die and is used for allowing the diamond wire to pass through when the rackis vertically arranged and allowing the diamond wire to be perpendicular to the observation plane of the gold phase sample so as to fabricate a horizontal sample, and / or a second line-passing hole isformed in a side surface of the die and is used for allowing the diamond wire to pass through when the rack is horizontally arranged and allowing the diamond wire to be parallel to the observation plane of the gold phase sample so as to fabricate a longitudinal sample.
