Problems solved by technology

[0003] The appearance of the scorpion is familiar, and it is difficult to identify the scorpion from the appearance. Generally, the way to identify the scorpion in production is to mark the scorpion. However, this method has a disadvantage. When the scorpion It is difficult to distinguish individual sterlets after the marks on the body of the sterlet are washed away by the water

Abstract

The invention discloses a microsatellite marker primer for starlet individual identification. The microsatellite marker primer comprises 10 pairs of starlet microsatellite marker primers; the nucleotide sequences of the 10 pairs of marker primers are SEQ ID NO: 1 to 10. The invention further discloses a starlet individual identification method. The method comprises the following steps: Step 1: separately taking different starlet tissue samples, and then extracting DNAs from the starlet tissue samples; Step 2: performing PCR amplification on the DNAs of the starlet tissue samples by using the nucleotide sequences according to claim 1, so as to obtain a PCR amplification product; Step 3: performing electrophoretic separation on the PCR amplification product on polyacrylamide gel, and then counting a genotype of the PCR amplification product according to an electrophoresis separation result; Step 4: performing individual identification on the starlet according to the genotype of the PCR amplification product. The method disclosed by the invention can effectively implement genetic diversity detection and individual identification for the starlet.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biological individual identification, in particular to a microsatellite marker primer for individual identification of sterlet sturgeon, and also relates to a method for individual identification using the microsatellite marker primer. Background technique [0002] The sterlet is a fish of the genus Acipenseridae, mainly distributed in fresh water in Europe. The body is long cone-shaped, and the body color changes greatly. The back is often dark gray-brown, and the abdomen is yellow-white. Omnivorous, small fish, shrimp, aquatic plants. There are migratory species and sedentary species, and they feed on benthic organisms in rivers, mainly aquatic insect larvae, crustaceans and small molluscs. During the spawning period, sterlets feed on the eggs of other sturgeons and other fish, sometimes accounting for more than 50% of their food intake. The sterlet hardly feeds in winter when the water temperature i...
