Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent security system and method for vehicles in and out of residential quarters, including access control, user terminal, central control system, block chain licenseplate recognition system and cloud platform. Then, the central control system inputs the information of coming vehicles and sends the information to the cloud platform for pre-authorization. When the authorization passes, the access control will open. The invention solves the technical problem of ridding of potential dangers of the existing security management system for vehicles in and out of residential quarters. By way of pre-authorization, the invention will make vehicles of the residential quarter and those authorized vehicles pass quickly and conveniently while completely prevent those unauthorized vehicles from entering the residential quarter.
