Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional jack for erecting a cross-sea bridge simply support steel beam. The multifunctional jack comprises a jack main body and an oil path system. The jack main bodyis of a hydraulic type. The oil path system communicates with a hydraulic cavity of the jack main body and comprises a first oil path and a second oil path, wherein the first oil path and the secondoil path are arranged at the two sides of the jack main body. The tail end of the first oil path is provided with an energy accumulator. A damping valve is arranged between the jack main body and theenergy accumulator. The tail end of the second oil path is provided with a hydraulic pump station. The oil path system is configured to meet the requirements that in the erecting process of the steelbeam, the second oil path is off, the first oil path is on, and the damping valve and the energy accumulator are in the working state; and after the steel beam is dropped, the second oil path is on, and the first oil path is off. The multifunctional jack is simple in structure; the jacking function of the jack main body, the buffer function of the energy accumulator and the energy consumption function of the damping valve are combined, and the buffer function and the energy consumption function required in the beam hanging process and precise adjustment of the position of the steel beam obtained after beam dropping can be achieved at the same time; the erecting efficiency of the steel beam is improved; and the remarkable effect is achieved in the practical application process of the multifunctional jack.
