Abstract

The invention discloses a method for monitoring the concentration of glucose solutions based on the OCT (optical coherence tomography) technology. According to the method, OCT is mainly utilized to measure the refractive index of glucose, the glucose concentration and the liquid refractive index have a linear relationship at a constant temperature and under constant pressure, and the linear relationship can be used when the concentration change is tested based on the refractive index change. The method specifically includes measuring the refractive indexes of the glucose solutions with different concentrations, and fitting the relationship curve between the glucose and the refractive indexes; filling a fixed pipe cavity with air and an glucose solution with unknown concentration in sequence, determining optical paths d1 and d2 by the OCT, and calculating the refractive index of the unknown glucose solution according to the formula of n=d2 / d1; substituting the refractive index into thepreviously acquired relational expression between the concentration and the refractive index to acquire the concentration of the unknown glucose solution.
