Embodiment 1

[0064] This embodiment provides a hyperbolic embedding method for complex networks, please refer to figure 1 , the method includes:

[0065] Step S1: Obtain a graph of complex network composition;

[0066] Specifically, the total number n of nodes in the complex network, the edge information between nodes in the complex network and the weights of the edges between nodes where w ij Indicates the weight of the edge between node i and node j, i=1,...,n, j=1,...,n, when the edge does not exist, the weight is 0, and w ii =1 is always established, and step S1 specifically includes:

[0067] Generate complex network adjacency matrix based on edge information between nodes where x ij Indicates whether there is an edge between node i and node j, i=1,...,n, j=1,...,n, if there is an edge, it is 1, if there is no edge, it is 0, and x ii = 1 is always established;

[0068] The above complex network is constructed into a graph G(V, E), where V represents the set of nodes in the c...

Abstract

The invention provides a hyperbolic embedding method for a complex network. The hyperbolic embedding method comprises the following steps: mapping a graph formed by the complex network to a hyperbolicspace with the curvature of -1 based on a Poincare disk model; obtaining a hyperbolic graph embedded in the complex network; wherein the hyperbolic graph comprises node coordinates of each node and aconnection probability between the nodes; and estimating node coordinates in the hyperbolic graph through a logarithm maximum likelihood method according to the degree and weight among the nodes in the complex network and the connection property of each node in the hyperbolic graph, and further obtaining the network after the complex network is embedded into the hyperbolic space according to theoriginal connection relationship of each node. According to the method, more network information can be reserved, errors are reduced, and the information analysis accuracy is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of data mining and complex network analysis, in particular to a hyperbolic embedding method of complex networks. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, the information network represented by it has become one of the important social tools in modern society. In order to meet the large demands of users in the mobile Internet and high-quality user experience, data analysis based on mobile Internet has become a hot issue in the field of data mining and complex network analysis. [0003] The online behavior of users on the mobile Internet is complex and diverse. Effective and accurate analysis of online behavior can make the society more "smart". However, the data growth rate of the mobile Internet is too fast, and the mining and processing of effective information has become a thorny issue. , and a large number of data calculations also have very high requirements on t...
