Abstract

The invention discloses a bridge switching type tool, and an operating method and application thereof. The bridge switching type tool comprises a tool frame, a switching driving unit mounted on the tool frame and at least two groups of tool modules, wherein each tool module comprises a moving module and a fixed module which are mutually in cooperation; each moving module and the corresponding fixed module are driven by the switching driving unit to perform the motion of opening and closing the module; each moving module and the corresponding fixed module in each group are in one-to-one correspondence to a corresponding matched mold to form a separated module structure which can assemble a part of shapes of workpieces; the separated module structure of each group of tool modules jointly forms a general module structure; and the separated module structure of each group of the tool modules has bridge jointing module parts which are jointed with other separated module structures. The bridge switching type tool disclosed by the application is mainly used for performing flexible, simple and easy group welding, processing and manufacturing on irregular workpieces which are combined by a plurality of spare parts, so that the accuracy degree of shaping of the workpieces is guaranteed, and the working efficiency is also greatly improved.
