The device is characterized in that the device comprises a signal acquisition unit and a communication and calculation unit which are electrically connected, wherein a photoelectric pulse wave acquisition module and a pressure signal acquisition module are arranged on the signal acquisitionunit; a main controller and a USB serial port communication module connected with the main controller are arranged on the communication and calculation unit; the USB serial port communication moduleis connected with a display module; the photoelectric pulse wave acquisition module comprises a reflective photoelectric pulse wave sensor and a pulse wave signal preprocessing module which are sequentially connected; the pressure signal acquisition module comprises a pressure signal sensor and a processed pressure signal module which are sequentially connected; and the outputs of the pulse wave signal preprocessing module and the processed pressure signal module are both connected with the main controller.
