Abstract

The power amplifier comprises an input fundamental wave matching network, a transistor, a parasitic parameter adjusting network, an inverse class F high-order harmonic impedance matching network, an output fundamental wave matching network and a power supply decoupling bias network. According to the invention, the inverse F-type higher harmonic impedance matching network is adopted to realize the independent and accurate control of the fundamental wave load impedance to the fifth harmonic load impedance of the transistor, compared with a fifth-order F-type power amplifier, the power amplifier has lower DC power consumption and higher efficiency, and the sensitivity of the power amplifier to the on-resistance of the transistor is greatly reduced.
