The method is good in sewage interception effect; and after disperse treatment, the sewage from an external source does not flow into the river any longer. According to the ecological treatment method of the black and foul water body, solid pollutants in the black and foul water body are removed preliminarily in a manual or mechanical salvage manner; the method is strong in environmental suitability, low in cost, good in effect, environmentally friendly, pollution-free, and simple to prepare, takes effect quickly, has no and has positive engineering practicability.
