The seed setting culture method includes the steps of inoculating chenopodium aestivum seeds on a 1/2MS+0.5mg/L CCC (chlormequat chloride) culture medium after disinfection treatment to produce seedlings and obtain aseptic seedlings of the chenopodium aestivum; cutting the aseptic seedlings of the chenopodium aestivum for proliferation and culture of adventitious buds; transferring proliferated adventitious buds into an MS+1mg/L CCC culture medium for seed setting induction. The purpose of annual seed setting of the chenopodium aestivum under the aseptic condition can be realized, and meanwhile, the seeds can be purified; during the culture process, the CCC always exists in the culture medium, the time from one seed to the seed setting of aseptic seeding is about 100-120 days which is consistent with the whole growth period of the chenopodium aestivum,infinitely many adventitious buds are proliferated and used to induce seed setting in the stage of adventitious bud proliferation, and the aseptic and pure seeds can be produced annually under the tissue culture condition for research.
