The invention discloses a photovoltaic control method and device, equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises steps that the parameter information of a selected distributionnetwork system is inputted; taking each photovoltaic system as the center of a region, the distribution network system is dynamically partitioned according to the information and a time period of nodes in the distribution network system to obtain multiple partition regions; a setting model is established according to the parameter information of the distribution network system and the partition regions obtained by partition; the setting model is calculated to obtain the calculation result. The method is advantaged in that firstly, the distribution network system is dynamically partitioned, secondly, the same type of PV systems in the same partition region are considered as a PV cluster, the same voltage control strategy and the same energy storage system operation strategy are utilized for control, advantages of centralized control are combined with advantages of local control, and thereby not only can the amount of communication information be reduced, but also global optimization between the partitioned regions is achieved, and computational burdens can be reduced.
