The self-adaptive multi-sensory sleep aiding system based on artificial intelligence comprises a detection gasket, an environment detection module and a decision module; the detection gasket is arranged between a pillow and a mattress and used for detecting a pressure signal of a user to thepillow and transmitting the pressure signal to the decision module; the environment detection module is arranged in a central base and used for detecting an environment signal related to sleep and transmitting the environment signal to the decision module in real time; and the decision module is arranged in the central base and is used for converting the received pressure signal into a sleep state signal, carrying out real-time operation and decision, and sending an execution instruction to a light module, a sound module, a smell module and other intelligent household appliances connected tothe system.
