The deep ultraviolet excitation light source and the light condensation system are installed around the objective lens to form dark field illumination irradiating a specimen; the specimen is excited to generate fluorescence; the objective lens collects the fluorescence and then imaging on the ocular lens isperformed. According to the invention, with the short-working-distance objective lens, the light energy loss is avoided, the optical efficiency is improved, color filtering blocks are not needed, thestructure is simplified, and the cost is lowered.
