According to the discrete brainstorm optimization algorithm, a method for learning from individuals to two random individuals in the same class of the brainstorm optimization algorithm is provided, and an implementation method for individual fusion and random interference addition in discretization of the brainstorm optimization algorithm is provided. By adopting the improved discrete brainstorm optimization algorithm, the search efficiency of the optimal path can be improved, the algorithm is prevented from falling into local optimum, and the precision of the algorithm is improved.
