A cold air pipe penetrates through the interior of a cold air conveying groove, an air outlet hole is attached to an opening between cold air dredging holes, the cold air dredging holes are matched with cold air outlet holes to uniformly discharge cold air to the surface of a vaccine bottle, and the vaccine mountingcylinder is driven to rotate through a transmission rod, so that on one hand, the cold air can be in uniform contact with the vaccine bottle, and on the other hand, the vaccine bottle can be conveniently taken from a box door.
