Abstract

The invention provides a construction method of a zebra fish embryo perfluorinated compound internal exposure model, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: building a microinjectionsystem platform; preparing a sample solution containing a perfluorinated compound, wherein the perfluorinated compound comprises one or more of a perfluorocarboxylic acid compound and a perfluorosulfonic acid compound; and selecting a zebra fish embryo in the cleavage stage, and injecting the sample solution into a plant pole of the zebra fish embryo by using the microinjection system platform. According to the construction method, an internal exposure model can be constructed, and a perfluorinated compound which is accurately quantified can be directly injected into the zebra fish embryo plant pole in the cleavage stage, so that a more direct, stable and high-accuracy internal exposure model for predicting the embryonic development toxicity of the perfluorinated compound is obtained. Theinvention also provides application of the zebra fish embryo perfluorinated compound internal exposure model, including an evaluation method of perfluorinated compound embryo developmental toxicity.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of analysis and detection, in particular to a construction method and application of a zebrafish embryo perfluorinated compound internal exposure model. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of global industrialization, a large number of pollutants are generated and enter the environment, as well as in the production, storage, transportation and processing of food. Most of these pollutants have the characteristics of persistence, wide distribution, bioaccumulation and toxicity, posing a serious threat to the natural environment and human health. For example, Perfluororinated Compounds (PFCs) are environmental pollutants that are commonly detected in aquatic organisms. At present, the toxicity studies of these pollutants are not in-depth, especially the potential impact of these pollutants on the embryonic development of organisms has not yet been effectively evaluated. [0003] In the prior art...
