Heat of the shell-tube type condenser is exhausted outdoors through a cooling tower. The air conditioning cabinet sequentially comprises an air inflow section, a filter section, a cooling section and an air supply section from bottomto top. The unit is structurally characterized in that the magnetic suspension frequency-variable centrifugal compressor is adopted as the compressor, a direct evaporation type heat exchanger is arranged on the cooling section of the air conditioning cabinet, and a frequency-variable centrifugal fan is arranged on the air supply section of the air conditioning cabinet. Compared with the prior art,the unit can be flexibly adjusted according to the building load change, the energy efficiency of a refrigerating system can be improved, the structure of the system is simplified, and the operatingcost of an air conditioning system is reduced.
