The device comprises an ultrasonic anemograph, a first particulate matter cutter, a second particulate matter cutter, a first sampling pipe, a second sampling pipe, a sucking pump, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a fourth switch, a fifth switch, a sixth switch, a seventh switch, an eighth switch, a particulate matter online analysis instrument and an electric control device. The device has the advantages that (1) continuous sampling ofan atmospheric sample is ensured, and the collected sample is analyzed in real time; (2) rapid on-line analysis of the dry settling flux of the particulate matters is realized, and system errors suchas small sample amount, long analysis period and variable chemical components in an off-line analysis process are avoided; (3) a double-tube measurement method is adopted, so the situation that particulate matter samples are possibly polluted by one another in the collection process is avoided, the retention time of particulate matters in the sampling tube is reduced to the greatest extent by a dynamic measurement method, the loss of the sample amount is reduced, and the measurement accuracy is improved.
