Abstract

The invention discloses a laser-induced fluorescence spectrum identification method for castor oil doped in edible oil, and relates to the field of food safety detection. The laser-induced fluorescence spectrum identification method for castor oil doped in edible oil comprises the following steps: collecting original fluorescence spectrum data of the edible oil doped with castor oil of different proportions by utilizing a portable edible oil fluorescence spectrum analyzer; filtering the spectral curve by adopting a polynomial smoothing method to eliminate noise; carrying out characteristic wavelength screening on the spectrum of the oil sample by using an SPA algorithm; and randomly generating a training set and a test set from the screened spectral data according to a ratio of 4: 1; and constructing an LSSVC model by using the training set data, and optimizing a model regularization parameter c and a kernel function width coefficient s by using a CSA algorithm. The SPA is combined with the CSA-LSSVC to be used for identifying and detecting the castor oil doped in the laser-induced fluorescent edible oil, and the method has very high recognition accuracy and practical value and ishigh in generalization ability and is very suitable for real-time and accurate detection and popularization of edible oil adulteration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food safety detection, in particular to a laser-induced fluorescence spectrum identification method for edible oil doped with castor oil. Background technique [0002] Edible oil is an indispensable part of people's daily diet, and its quality is directly related to people's health. In recent years, with the diversification of consumption, there are endless types of edible oils, and the composition, nutritional value, and market price of different types of edible oils are also different. Even some traders in the market, in order to make huge profits, use substandard vegetable oils as high-quality ones to deceive consumers. [0003] At present, the analysis of edible oil components in my country is mostly conventional methods, mainly including GB / T 17377-2008 (gas chromatography analysis), GB / T 22507-2008 (gas chromatography), GB / T 26635-2011 (high performance liquid chromatography) )Wait. Chromatographic analysis...
